So that you and all the other participants can enjoy a relaxed start and concentrate on your marathon, we ask you to take leave of your supporters and those accompanying you before you enter the Runners Village on the Heiligengeistfeld. The course is restricted exclusively to the street. The sidewalks are not part of the course. You may leave the course only to visit one of the HANSABAUSTAHL-toilets located at every km point along the course or one of the First Aid Stations located every 2,5 km starting at the 5 km point or one of the massage stations that you will find at the 30 km, 32,5km, 35 km and 37,5km points. Walkers must keep to the edges of the streets to avoid blocking other participants and walking sticks are prohibited." |
